RESERVATION METHOD
Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Calling our reservation numbers may make reservations, changes, or cancellations. Toll Free Nationwide 1-800-526-9734 ext 1-- Local 1-203-355-1755 ext 1 In addition, reservations can be made through GDS Systems (Apollo, Sabre & Worldspan) and through our website. It is suggested that the Client supplies Angel Limos Worldwide toll free number to all traveling passengers.

Billing

• Angel Limos Worldwide chauffeurs are prohibited from soliciting gratuities. Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharge, cell phone)
• All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates, U.S. dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
• A 25 % U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Similar surcharges apply to trips occurring on recognized holidays in locations outside the United States.
• All rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers.
• Angel Limos Worldwide accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
• All published rates are subject to change without notice.

• STC Sur-Charge: A fluctuating percentage fuel surcharge will be added to all rates based upon the average cost of gas per gallon as published by the US Department of Energy (http://www.eia.doe.gov). The surcharge percentage is calculated on the base rates only, and the fluctuating percentages based on cost per gallon of gas will be:

  Gasoline prices must be in the designated range for a period of 30 consecutive days before any change to the surcharge will be implemented.

Flat-rate rides

• Angel Limos Worldwide has standardized routes with flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
• Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a (15) minute grace period on all flat-rate trips that do not begin at an airport, any additional wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
• Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged at (15) minute increment based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
• Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing hourly rate.

Time-based rides

• Rides between locations to which a flat rate does not apply will be billed for the time the vehicle and chauffeur are at your service. The vehicle hourly rate will apply.
• Time-based rides are subject to a fixed positioning charge that represents the cost incurred for the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location and to return from your drop-off point. All positioning charges are fixed according to vehicle type.
• Time-based rides along a small number of routes are subject to a time-based positioning charge that represents the time it takes the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location and to return from your drop-off point. The vehicle hourly rate will apply.
• Time-based charges are billed in 15-minute increments.
• All Rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not the final charges which will be based on the actual time used. Rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, any current Fuel Surcharge(s) and a 20% Chauffeur gratuity.

WAITING TIME

• Thirty minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the official posted arrival time.
• Sixty minutes of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time.
• Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate. 20% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional.
• For all other reservations, 15 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
• Angel Limos Worldwide does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15-minutes.
• Angel Limos Worldwide does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 15-minutes.

Cancellation and no-show fees

• We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Angel Limos has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our 800 number, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.
  
  Unfortunately, Angel Limos cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show Cancellation charges equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation will apply.

• A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger(s) fails to arrive at the designated location.
• To avoid a no-show fee, call 1-800-526-9734 ext 2 if you cannot locate your chauffeur.

Additional

• Angel Limos Worldwide shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
• Angel Limos Worldwide assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage,
• personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
• Angel Limos Worldwide does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Angel Limos Worldwide vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
